Long term camping in Denver CO area

My wife and I are about to become full timers. Our grandkids live in the Denver area so we will be spending a lot of time in Denver during the summers. The campgrounds we know do not offer long term rates in the summer months. Does any one out there know of a place we have overlooked. The national parks will not work as we have a 43 ft motor home.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

Our son and his wife live on the northeast side of Denver (I-25 and 135th St.). We have stayed at St. Vrain State Park which is a short distance north of there. The sites are generous in size but to get to the full hookups you must travel on interior dirt roads. We made our 2013 reservations online.
This park may still be closed due to flood damage but they are attempting to reopen soon.

I just stayed at Cherry Creek State Park in Aurora. It is year round with full 50A Hook up.
