Hilton Head Harbor is 25 miles away and just a wonderful resort. Best resort in our travels so far. We stayed there and drove into Savannah for the day.

Ditto on Rivers End and Skidaway Island. KOA in Hardeville, S.C. is just across the bridge, about 10 or so miles, KOA in Richmond Hill, Ga. is about a 20 minute drive from downtown. All have websites. I have been to all but Hardeville, the other 3 are nice parks.

We stayed at Redgate Farms. Nothing fancy, grass sites lots of room. Not far from down town Savanna I would stay here again.
