We are planning to spend Feb. 2006 in southern Arizona - somewhere in the Tuscon to Phoenix area. Any recommendations on a good full service campground?

Thanks

Bob, for the second time in as many years we are staying at Skyline Resort in Queen Creek which is SE of Phoenix and about 20 miles off of U.S. 60 at Apache Jct. This is a 55+park where the owner lives on-site, park is clean, full hook-ups, beautiful views, life is good, Ken Roberts...

At the present time, I am sitting in the Apache Palms RV Park. I will be here for the winter. This park is very clean and kept up very well. This is in Tempe and very close to Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Glendale. You can see more at http://www.apachepalmsrvpark.com .

Bob,
Several years ago we spent a few days at Voyager RV Resort just southeast of Tucson and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had one of the smaller trailers. It is very large (1576 spaces) plus restuarant, grocery, 9-hole golf, pool, spa, etc. Rates run from the mid-$20 to high $30, depending on your rig and what you want. Call 800-424-9191 for more info.
