Looking for Quick Overnight Stop Near NC / SC Border

Heading to Florida next week and was looking for a place to stop overnight near the NC / SC border. Since it is just a quick overnighter I don't want to hook up to water or waste water. I would like to stay somewhere that has showers available and at least 30amp hookup. I've heard bad things about Pedro's so I would like to hear other options. We'll be traveling south on 95.

Bass Lake RV in Dillon, SC is easy in and out. It is just past Pedro's going south. We have stayed there several times.

Looking for Quick Overnight Stop Near NC / SC Border

We usually stop at Bass Lake on our way north every year. We only hook up electric but we use our own facilities. We do not need to dump or fill our water tank for just one night. The bath house at Bass Lake is ok. We have never used it but did look inside. Easy on/off the interstate and I think it is a Passport America campground.

This year we stopped at the KOA Point South in Yemassee, SC on our way up to and back from Maine. Right off the interstate with pull thru's so you don't have to unhook if you have a toad ... closer to the GA border than NC though

Very nice wash room if you need to do your laundry.

I was considering Pedro for the entertainment value of a stop over going south. Any reason for or against? The reviews don't read that bad.

RVacation is on I95 in Selma NC. Easy in and out. Some train horns at night but my wife says they are soothing and do not bother her. Nice folks running the place.

RVacation is a good stop but pricey for what you get in my opinion.

RVaction is not close to the SC/NC border, as well as being overpriced. We just stopped at Bass Lake a few nights ago. They have added more sites. They also take Good Sams and Passport America.
