Looking for site SE Florida, Cocoa to Miami Jan 2013

We are seeking recommendations for a nice park on the southeast coast of Florida for the month of January 2013.

We do not fish or boat but do enjoy being a short distance to a sandy beach, a good supply of restaraunts and a few golf courses.

We are looking for hot tub and a pool in an adult only park with paved interior roads suitable for bicycling and or walking.

Price point of $500-800/month is preferred.

Willing to consider a private rental and provide a deposit if required.

40' Bus, withslides.50 amp is required. Two adults, no pets or children. Bus only sleeps two...!

We 'snowbird' at Land Yacht Harbor in Melbourne FL. It meets all your listed desires except there is no pool/hot tub. It is located about 10 miles from the beach though. The web site details any CG rules and rates along with the phone number and times that people will be in the office. Summer is the slow season and the office is only open for short time periods. Most of the sites are filled in January though and you will have to call relatively soon to reserve a site for yourself.

It is an "Airstream" park, but us "SOB's" are welcome to stay there.....

BTW, the photo under my userid is our site in the park.

Meeting all of your requirements is not a problem. Go to www.tgocsa.com and check out The Great Outdoors in Titusville. We have owned and based out of there for 5 years. Look at the website and click on "The Happenings" on the left side. There are many listings of properties for rent by owners. You can also contact the welcome center for availability through them. You might have a tough time getting an owner to let their property go for a month, most want a seasonal committment.

Thanks. Been there before. Was okay. Looking for a little farther south.

Probably the nicest one is Outdoor Resorts in Port St. Lucie. Par 3 golf, 3 pools with hot tubs, very high end coaches, class A only. But rates are about $1200/mo....less if you rent directly from an owner.
