I want to spend a month or two somewhere along the Gulf Coast next winter...looking for recommendations...looking at the maps and Woodalls, there are so many choices from the Mexican border up through Galveston. Recommendations please!!!

I suggest going to any campground and register for one week. Then look at the rest of the campgronds in the area. Make your selection and then register for as long as you wish to stay. Thats what we did and we were very happy with our selection. Don't worry about finding a spot. There were vacancys in almost all the parks we looked at.
