Ang and I had some friends/clients to see in SoCal before heading up to the Bay Area. She stumbled upon Malibu Beach RV Park in campgroundreviews.com, and we came here anyway We wanted to stay close to the coast, and be close enough to Beverly Hills and Granada Hills - where we needed to meet with our people.

This place is awesome. It was a little costly, but I think that goes with anything/everything in Kalifornia. We are perched up on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, and we have this area pretty much to ourselves. The weather has been incredible, and I have loved being outside watching the ocean.

The only complaint I have heard about this place - other than the cost - is that the owners seem to be a bit harsh about enforcing the rules. We have not had any problem, but then again, we don't hang around the campground office, or go around breaking (too many) rules. It has been a pure pleasure being here. Unfortunately, my wallet says to move along this Sunday

Plenty of space, plenty of view -

This is what I am forced to look at all day when working in my rear office -

Probably the oddest thing about this place is the major influx of rental RVs that roll in daily. Appears to be people of all flavors, and I would say that at any time, over half of the rigs here are rental class C's. If this is their first stop after picking up their rental, they are off to a good start.

Anyone else hang out here? We met some real nice people last weekend - Dan and Kathy - but they took off on Sunday. Nice folks.

I know, "It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it." Beautiful place. At those prices I can afford 10, maybe 15 minutes. (Figuring in the likely 3 grand in fuel cost to get there and back.)

Enjoy. I will not show the pictures to DW. I'd have to spend the 3 grand.
