Does anyone know if Mall Of America (Bloomington, MN) allow RV overnight parking in their parking lot? I was there a long time ago (mid 90's) and I saw some RV's parked over night.

We just visited it a few weeks ago. We stayed at Lebanon Hills RV Park in Apple Valley, MN. It is a very nice campground. It was 10-12 miles or so to the Mall. Everything, restaurants, grocery stores, etc., were close.
I don't believe overnighting is allowed at the mall.
Happy trails.

John, Joyce, ...and...Libby (ofcourse):
Ya might want to check out Dakota Meadows RV Park at Mystic Lake. This is a wonderful casino campground right near Prior Lake, MN. Not only is it relatively close to the Mall of America, but...ya can elect to hop the FREE bus which shuttles folks to and from the Mall if you'd like. Look it up on-line. It's not all that expensive, and that Mall shuttle bus is so convenient to use.

We pulled into their RV and truck parking lot in October, 2009, after picking up our MH in Garfield, MN. There were signs in the parking area that said "No overnight parking", but the lot is plenty big and right across the street from the mall, so we had a nice tour and dinner and moved on. It was late so we ended up in a Sam's parking lot for the night.

While I don't know about the Mall (I would think they should, they do at some of their other facilities) I spent last night at a local 24hr "Super Store" (NOT Wall Mart, the local wally world is not a place I'd like to sleep)
The manager said he could not give me permission for liablity reasons but he would not have me towed (I told him I understood, told him the reason, he agreed, and I thanked him)
The reason: That idiot who sued Wall Mart because HE LET A BAD PERSON INTO HIS RIG!
Kind of wish I'd been on the jury on that one.
How do you find?
"we find for the defense and what's more we feel the plantiff should pay their attorney fees and their cost of appearance times three"

In mid May we stayed at Lebanon Hills Regional Park and it is a very nice park. (County I think). And not to far from the Mall as mentioned above. I think about $30 a night.
