The suites are different sizes and some are not level. Some of the suites I would not want to stay in. When it is full, the place is pretty packed. It is close to town. There are other CG's in the area but some will not do well with large RV's.
We camp in Mammoth each year but in the USFS campgrounds. Twin Lakes, Mammoth, is 4 miles outside of town mostly up. It is connected be bike trails to Mammoth and then up to lake St. Mary and its USFS campgrounds. No hookups. This is in a tamarack forest and just beautiful. From there we go 12 miles north to June Lake and Oh Ridge Campground.
