March Camping

Hi everyone!

We're thinking about going camping for Spring Break. We live in North Texas and most Texans will head South to the coast. The kids want mountains and hiking trails so I looked into Estes Park, CO. 2nd week in March has avg temps too low for us! Most states close to TX will be better but not warm enough for swimming or beaches.

Does anyone have recommendations? I've been looking at Big Bend, Hot Springs AR, Broken Bow OK, and Alabama/Florida border. Most likely save CO for the Summer. I see there are lots of activities in Hot Springs but is there enough "to do's" for us in Big Bend or Broken Bow?

Decisions...Decisions
