Mesquite Tx

Any info on camping in Mesquite at or very near the Rodeo arena and Convention Center. Any info will be greatly appreciated. I do not like the idea of having to stay at hotel please SAVE ME Thanks and keep the dust on your boot

Depends on when your headed there. If you get there before the 7th then forget about Mesquite and go to a real rodeo in Ft Worth. Then you can camp at Grapevine.

I will be @ the convention center. Wish it was for fun at any rodeo. Always been a generator in back corner of parking lot or along with others.

State Parks just south of there go to state of texas Park site.$16-20 a night.

BTW, Mesquite has a "no overnight parking" ordinance. Not an especially RV friendly town.

Guess these are good reasons I have not spent much time in Mesquite and I will keep my $$$ to spend in other locations that are RV friendly. They do not want us I will not help support for their lifestyle. Will find a camp south of here drive in and out an never drop a dime.Keep that dust on ya boot.
