Mexico

Is anyone planning to spend the winter in Mexico this year? It's been several years since we have. We used to mainly stay on the Gulf Coast but are considering central Mexico now.

Not sure why ANYONE would want to go to Mexico. Too much chance for violence from the drug cartel's Why do you think so many Mexican Nationals are crossing the border, some for jobs, free handouts, but many because of the violence.

Flying to Mazatlan in a couple of weeks for a month and then back for a week before we head south. Will be spending 2 months in Puerto Penasco after the new year. Can't wait

mbridinger and Wapa1 With such insulting remarks, It's very apparent that neither of you know what "really" goes on sown there. I worked a task force and saw things NONE of you have ever seen.

What goes on for me is I have great weather at a very affordable price for several months each winter. I spend time getting to know and understand a different culture. I'm sure you've seen some awful things...not unlike the police in Las Vegas.
