We are planning to go to Mexico from the Rio Grande Valley, TX around mid February in our 34 ft motor home with toad and 2 dogs. We don't have a firm itinerary but will probably go to the Gulf beach campgrounds and possibly further into the Yucatan. We are retired and have been to Mexico in caravans but are comfortable on our own. If you would like to join us then contact me at boburich@msn.com.

Do you have the guide book "Mexican Camping" by Mike and Terri Church? We're in Mexico now, and have always found it to be a good guide. Have a great trip. We're in Zihuatanejo. How long do you plan to stay in Mexico?

Yes we have this valuable book. In fact we met the Church's a couple years ago at a campground in Mexico. We probably will stay a month or two. Enjoy your stay in Zihuatanejo.
