I forgot to mention in my last post, that there are a plethora of lighthouses along the south shore of Lake Superior within the confines of the Yooper area of Michigan. The shipwreck museum in or near Paradise is well worth seeing. Sault Ste Marie is an interesting city and IIRC there are about eight lighthouses within the boundaries of the twin cities.

Just a FYI Post.

If you ever happen to get to Saskatchewan and want to see a lighthouse please check out the hamlet of Coshen on Highway 4 and stare in wonder at the Coshen Lighthouse on Jackfish Lake; or as the locals refer to it "The Coshen Ocean."
