Midwest Old Threshers reunion in Mt Pleasant Ia.

Although it is not really an rv trip for me, being only about 40 miles from home. My family and I will be camping there fora week, and with a 60 acre campground that is usually pretty full, Plus people camping in other places around there, I was just wondering if anyone else on here was going there, and where you might be coming from. I know that people come from across the country, and for that matter around the world to go there.
I don't remember for sure, but I think I read somewhere that the campground will hold 8000-10000 campers, I could be wrong though, and Midwest Old Threshers is one of the biggest shows of its type in the world.

Wishing you a great time. I would sure like to be there as I really like the old slow machinery. Have watched a bunch of the programs that show up on RFD TV. Maybe someday.
Good luck and safe travels!

Thanks, I'm glad someone replied. It would be worth a trip, if you are interested in antique farm equipment, or really any antiques, or old stuff. We display antique gas engines there, and I have been there every year since I was born. But I understand Texas is pretty long haul.
