Midwest Outdoor Resorts

Does anyone have an knowledge or experience they would share with us?

We received a 4 days/3 nights offer; and understand that means we will get a 2 hour sales process to buy into camping in their 'resorts' - 2 locations now and supposedly adding a new one in MN.

Do you prefer the SD site or the MN site?
Is this another ownership site? I dont want any more timeshare headaches.
