No problems, watch your speed (especially from West to East on the curve), but you shouldn't have any issues. I've been through a dozen or so times in a 37' x 13'8" tall Class A.

My wife and I made the same trip to Gulf Shores just a few weeks ago. Going through the tunnel from the west. As you approach the tunnel entrance the road makes a turn to the right where there are speed warning signals. Then you just go down to the tunnel entrance and in about four minutes you exit the other side. No problem.
