I don't know if you'll find a campground that is 'spacious' and 'secluded'!
We stayed at the St. Mary/East Glacier KOA. Plenty of room for our rig and it is on the 'quiet' side of the park.

We found a great spot 2.5 mi west of Lolo MT. The Square dance club. Great trees, sites not too close together & nice walking path.

We stayed at the West Glacier KOA last month. Qualifies for all your adjectives. Not sure if you'll find a vacancy at this time of year though. Everything was probably booked up months ago.

On the west side of Glacier above C.G called (oddly enough) Glacier Campground. It is in the woods and the sites are pretty secluded in that there are trees everywhere, even between the sites. No sewer and as I recall, we only had 30 amp service and water. That said, it was so cool at night we needed blanket in August. They billed themselves as "the closest campground to the west gate". There was a restaurant called Cajun Mary's - I believe I recall that correctly. Not a bad place to stay as you will be out touring most of the time anyway.
We did have a problem bear that kept bothering people. They set out a trap for him, baited with a road kill deer quarter and dog food. Right behind our site!
This was overt ten years ago so there is no telling what things have changed since then, but we really liked the area.
