Are you sure you're not thinking of the ones in Indio?

I've stayed at two in Indio.... one for a four month winter stay. They once were both owned by Outdoor Resorts but one is now a Signature resort if I'm not mistaken.

Both are incredible but the sites are individually deeded, owned and developed. We rented directly from a site owner we found via FMCA classifieds.

We stayed there during the winter of 07/08 and one of the developed sites had just sold for $1M....

Good luck. I'm sure you'll love it.

Rick

We've stayed in the newer Motorcoach Resort and it is very nice. Spots are either on the water or off the water. We prefer the water, but any spot is great.

Thank you much! It looked nice, I'll try it this weekend. I only live about an hour away.
