Mounthaven Resort at Mt Rainier

We're visiting the 3 NP in Washington this August. We have good locations to NORT Cascades and Olympic. We found Mounthaven Resort is very close to SW entrance to Mt Rainier and wondering if anyone stayed there in a 35' to 40' Motorhome? Some reviews said the sites were hard to back into but never stated the length of their Motorhome.

I stayed there a few years ago and had no problem with my 36 ft A and CRV. Lots of trees. Some spaces tighter than others. i would call their office and discuss site assignment. RV Park very close to the Natl park gate.

I can't provide information on Mounthaven, but can provide an alternative. Taidnapam Park is a few miles further west. It's a nice park on a lake along SR12. It's operated by Tacoma City Light. We've stayed there before and are going back in June for a rally. The newer section should be able to accommodate your rig with no problem.
