Mt. Shasta area - Eiler Fire

We will be moving from Brookings, OR to Weed, CA near Mt. Shasta next Thursday and wondering about smoke in the area from the Eiler Fire.

Anyone in the vicinity?

Attached is the ODOT camera site and it does show some Northern California highway cameras. The sky looks pretty clear from the photos. I drove from Grants Pass to Redding one week ago today and the sky was hazy but not bad. https://tripcheck.com/Pages/RCMap.asp?curRegion=7
