Friends of ours that hunt always get way more than they can store, so we usually get 2-3 deer each season. There is a processor in Barbour county that does some AWESOME cuts and creations, so we usually take the deer there. That and he knows my wife does the planning for the WMA's in Alabama so he usually calls if he has unclaimed deer. I haven't hunted since we moved down here almost 13 years ago.
Now, when it comes to sausage, that's all Walt. He always brings us some of his crazy cajun stuff when he comes up and that usually tops off the freezers.
