It's really simple to fix. Stay oceanfront, then all you have to do is walk across the CG road to the beach access. Next summer at PirateLand. I am less than 75 yards from a beach access.

Odd you should mention that. When we made reservations, the site was 3 from the road next to the beach. We bought a MH the same length, I phoned to update that fact. Upon arrival they had moved us(without notification) to the furthermost block from the beach on the North side of the CG.

Want simple....go to Google Earth. Check out the parks from the top down...we do it all of the time! We camped at the KOA where the were trees and less wind...didn't really care about beach access in March. It's all about preference.
