Hi I live in gulf shores. The campgrounds are in good shape after the storms although the town is just getting back on its feet.
What type of campground do you want? cheap? or full accomadations? or what?
As you go south on hwy 59, Keller rd. has one just 1 mi. off hwy. then cty rd. 8 has sunrunner campground probably cheapest in the area but no ammenities, then cty rd. 6 has gulf breeze rv park, has it all but get reservations now. Gulf state park is in gulf shores, expensive for a state park($25 night) and not the best park in the state. Still o.k. if you haven't been here before. Plenty around check yellow pages or follow signs.
As I said give me more to go on and I can recommend a little better.
Beautiful time of year here.
regards,
Joe
