Need help finding a spot in AZ

I used to live in AZ and am getting the itch to go back. Last time I was there it was so expensive anywhere I went including the Elks lodge where I am a member. I want to stay in North Phoenix somewhere. I prefer to find some desert land close to the city that I can be self contained. I didnt see any BLM land in this location. Does anyone have any advise?

Try Wickenburg, there is a dry camping on Constellation Road, Constellation Park Campground.

We are in the Yuma area. Good luck with your quest near Phoenix.

Check just North of the Late Pleasant area. Lots of BLM and free camping up there.

This is exactly the area I want to be. Is there any way to check this area online before I get there? Do you happen to know if that area has Verizon coverage?

Here is where we stay:

It's called the old airstrip:

I get great Verizon 4G there. There are plenty of other spots in the area also. You can spot them via Google Maps. A lot of off-roaders use this spot for camping and staging so it can get dusty on weekends.
