I can't seem to locate any CC in Rhode Island for off-season. I have family there and want to visit and even plan ahead toward Thanksgiving. Anyone know of any facilities? Need minimum of 7 days/nights, so store parking lots will not work for me. Thanks in advance!

Every city, county is different.
When we visited our daughter in Hawthorne N.J.
We called the police department and they sad we could park on the street in front or behind the house.
We visited with a few neighbors and chose out back because we could run an extension cord into the garage.
I think we stayed two or three weeks over Christmas and new years.
It was a very nice experience.

Thats one option.

Parking lots.
Move every two days if need be.

what part of RI? I can’t think of any RI parks that are open around Thanksgiving. I believe Normandy Farms in Foxboro, MA is opened. Foxboro is very close to RI.

Key thing being where in RI? Even though it is a small state, I assume local to the family would be better. There are options, depending. For example, on Aquidneck Island there is homeowner on 114 that offers a full hookup site.

I'm sorry to say, there isn't much in the way of camping here period, pretty sure there isn't anything open year round anyways. Most places close up shop at the end of October, that includes the Charlestown Breachway (which is dry camping BTW)
There is KOA Mystic that is actually in Stonington, just outside RI on I95 that's open year round. Not sure where in Rhody you're headed, but this would give you easy access to most spots here. It's only one exit from the RI border.
