We will be traveling through New Hampshire to Maine on Rt 2. We need a good overnight easy in + out overnight stop.

Not sure ie Rt 2 But..if you want to visit one of the very best and beautiful Cgs in the East go to Danforth Bay/Lake Ossippee-NH. East of Lake Winnipesockie. I can't wait to return. No site is a bad choice. Security/controle of children-noise...all the rest is great. The best part is private natural setting for sites however the added bonus of activity for young and older. Check it out on the web.

Hello GG1: We stayed overnight in Farmington Maine last week. Nice Mom and Pop set up 1.5 miles North of #2. Super Clean, pool.Watch for signs in town. Tell'em, the Canadians sent ya! EH!!!!

hello GG1...Hope you haven't missed this post....I forget the name of the park, but when you get to the town... ask anyone where the park is the Lions Club uses. They'll know.
