The County Fairgrounds at Pleasanton is probably your best choice.

Finding something reasonable in the San Francisco Bay Area may be difficult if not impossible.

You might check with Mt. Diablo State Park as it is near Concord. They have several campgrounds but I don't know their limitations. 925-837-2525. The Contra Costa Fairground may be another option. 925-757-4400.

Sunny Acres, a private place is right in Concord. 925-685-7048.

I found all of the above in the AllStays camp & RV app. None of them look inexpensive.

My Diablo does not have camping spots for 40 footer. Alameda Fairgrounds is a decent choice.

We have friends that stay at the Antioch fairgrounds .
No car races for a while so it should be quite.

We spent an extra week up there because my daughter went an extra week past her due date. kind of fun waiting it out, took a few overnighters near Olema /Point Reyes beach. Visited Napa, found a Koa there, looked at RVs in the area around SF, a pleasant trip in spite of her long labor and the date change. best wishes to you all. Pretty exciting stuff!

Alameda County Fairgrounds is where I stayed when family in Danville. Hard pressed to find much of anything in the Bay Area.
