You stated all the RV parks are full in the area. I really don't think so. There are hundreds of parks in the area and the greater influx of snowbirders happens after Christmas. Have you even tried the Maricopa County parks? They are awesome campgrounds in gorgeous surroundings. We love them. Try Cave Creek, McDowell Mountain, Usery for starters. It would be nice if you could all stay together. One Thanksgiving we even had our turkey dinner at Cave Creek campground... a fun experience for the grandkids. We all walked the trail afterwards.

DW is commonly used to designate ones mate as a "dear" person.
However me thinks sometimes the "D" means "damn"....(depending on the wife).

Hey Twogypsies,

I admit that I only called three RV parks that were in Scottsdale. They were full, and told me this was there busy season, so I assumed most of the other parks would be full also.

Our desire was to just park (store) the RV for two nights while we stayed with
our daughter. Parking at Talking Stick will be perfect if we can get a space. They only have 6 spots. I think I need to gamble a little to qualify to park, but that will be fine...who knows I may win, and that means they "Paid Me" to park there.
Appreciate your list of parks, and will keep them in mind if we need them.

If security looks good, I won't "have" to sleep in the coach, but the grandson may want to camp out with me on Sat night.

Regards,

Dan

I did you ask those three RV parks about "storage for 2 days", (or about "vacancies")?
Wondering

For my Zoomie buddy, as defined by Google definitions "a DW
noun informal
a person's wife (used in electronic communication).
"my DW and I spent our anniversary at Meadow Lake Resort in Columbia Falls"

Dan - right back where we started. Take that great RV to the casino and pull security on it while your DW and daughter talk.

Many folks don't know that Westworld has RV camping. It more known for Barrett-Jackson car auction, the Arabian horse show, the Good Guy classic car show and the like.
