Betty and I just finished our trip and found three new campgrounds that are great. THe first is in Cave City, Kentucky just outside of Mammoth Caves. It is just 10 months old, and spotless. The sites are huge, level, and well priced. The staff is very friendly. The name of this park is Cave Country RV Park.
The second is in Oklahoma City, and is in it's 5th month. It sets on a hill and each site is at least 50 from the other campers. The sites are paved, and level, and everything is spotless as well. A must see. Look for Twin Fountains RV Park on I-35 just south of 44.
The last one we stayed at was right up there wth the others. It is the Oasis RV Park at exit 60 in Amarillo, and is about a year old. Everything is paved, the sites are level, and cleanliness is the name of the game here. We will definately visit all three of these parks when we go east again.
