New Mexico or Arizona in winter

I was looking at the Escapees site, and noted that the monthly rentals at many New Mexico RV parks are about 1/2 the cost of Arizona RV parks.
Any opinions?

Arizona is probably warmer than New Mexico in the winter.

Arizona is warmer and the Escapee parks in Arizona are much nicer.
