New Orleans Trip !!!!!

Tracy and I and her daughter and son in law are on day 5 of our NOLA trip. What a great city . We have done the vampire tour,
swamp tour, the aquarium, the river boat tour, 2 cemeteries, the garden district tour, the NOLA Brewery tour and we have a ton more to do...We leave Tuesday morning, crap we won't see it all . If you have the chance French Quarter RV Resort is a great place to base camp to see all NO has to offer.. Oh yeah, then there is the food and beer and people to watch on Bourbon Street. Peace...D
We promise we will post the pictures soon....

Have you had a Muffaletta sandwich from Central Grocery?

Across Decatur St from Cafe Du Monde where you get Beignets.

Now you're making me hungry. Haven't had a good Muffaletta in months. Had what they called a Muffaletta in GA a couple of weeks ago. I called it a tragedy.

Had to have a Mufflatta, a Po Boy from Johnny's, had to go to Cafe Dumund for...you name it. But have to say the best thing I tried was at a food festival on Royal Street...a pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich.

Loved Madri Gras World and the wax museum

OOOOH....I am so jealous!!! Nawlins is one of my favorite places and now I am just going to have to add it to the "list". Problem is that the list is longer than I will ever have time to finish visiting...

Tracy, glad you guys enjoying your trip in NO. DW and I arrived back home on our trip to Grand Bayou Resort in Caushatta yesterday. and enjoy our time together. Guess it true what they say when you get older life gets better.

When are you guys heading home? DW and I are heading down to Cocodrie, La for 3 days of fishing and staying at the camp this weekend. Located South of New Orleans out of Houma, LA

Be safe

I wasn't ready to come back but we are already home. Weather was great. We are now planning on heading to IL(sounds cold to me) to visit family but are looking at staying a few nights in Mammoth Cave Kentucky.
