NHRA drags at Charlotte

I haven't been to a drag strip in close to 30 years.
I'll be going to the nationals in april with two friends and will be parked at the Z-max strip.
I'll be on the second row so we wont have a spot on the fence so I guess we'll be watching from the grand stand.
Anybody here going or have gone?

Some friends went this past Oct/nov to the fall nationals.
Take earplugs, and have a blast!

Not sure which direction you are coming from but on 85 between exits 43 and 45 (north bound side)there is a walmart you can stop to get groceries. This is probably the easiest grocery store to get to in an RV on the way to the track if you are headed North on 85

I attended last September. I stayed at the campground, rather than trackside. I don't care for the 4- Wide so I won't be there in April. The tunnel under the racetrack to the pits will make it a breeze to get to the Pro pits. The Sportsman pits are directly behind the trackside camping. There is a Food Lion and a couple Strip Malls minutes. From the NASCAR Track. Make sure You venture over to the Pits. Enjoy the Race.
