has anybody stayed at halesbar marina & campground on nickajack lake in guild tn. we're sitting here looking at the snow in north mi. planning an april trip. merry christmas to all!

Jim, we have never stayed there, but did stay at one on Nickajack years ago just off the interstate 24 as an overnite. Something.."??? on the Lake".
Is the place you refer to the CG you can see from I-24 just past the Nickajack rest area headed from Chattanooga toward Nashville. It sits almost on a island except for a small itsmus connecting it to the mainland. Great looking place. My only concern would be the interstate noise. I have no idea what the name of this place would be.
