I am not sure what you are looking for. Will you be working in the area? If so what area? The place to look may depend on where you are working because the commute is a definate consideration here. I know of a couple of places but they are not the best. One is in Haymarket. Greenville Farm Family CG 703-754-7944. There is also one in Gainesville. I believe the name is Hillwood CG (the only number I could find is for Hillwood Sales that is in front of the CG (703)754-4202. I don't know that I would highly recommend either one of these. They are not horrible but just not your "nice" campground with all the amenities. Alot of construction workers stay at these two cgs. I don't know if that is your line of work but I know a lady who stays at one of these CGs and that is what I am told. Neither CG is in a bad area just not the best kept campground. Greenville farm is actually on a working farm in a country setting. The kids may like that. Unfortunately most of the CGs in the NO. VA area have a max stay. Mountainview Campground at Haymarket used to have seasonal parking you might also check with them. That was not a bad place a few years ago when we were there. The ratings are not too good now. (703)-753-2267. If you need to look further let me know and I will see what I can find.

Another option in the Richmond area is Cozy Acres RV park in Powhatan....off Rt. 60 near Midlothian...VSP HQ used to be in Midlothian.

At any rate, welcome to our great state and thanks for your future service as a law enforcement officer.
