Oconee point South Carolina

I'm just wondering if anyone has stayed here? It looks absolutely beautiful. We're planning our summer trip soon and this looks like one of the winners. We are generally gone for 8 to 10 day and like going to 2 different campgrounds and spending about 4 days at each one. When traveling with kids we find this to be very helpful as kids can only explore so much in a week. So it's kinda like 2 vacations in one. Anyways we're staying in Tennessee the first half and looking at a place like Oconee point for the 2nd half. We really love the idea of having the camper on a water site. We've never done that before. So a little info about the park and sites would be great. Can you swim right from your campsite? Or do you need to go to the beach area? Is the water real clear or cloudy or dirty looking? Any info on this place and area would be great. Thank you everyone in advance and happy ⛺

Great COE park, with all sites right on the water. Most of the sites you can walk right into the water, but they also have a beach. Water is mostly clear and good for the kids to play in. All are good sites, but we like from 48-58 best. Easy drive into Seneca or Clemson for food/grocery's etc.
