OH Advice Needed

Wife and I are going to be passing through OH later this year and are looking for places to stay. Thought about Cleveland so that we could go to Michael Simon's restaurant, but finding a park seems rather difficult for what we like. The next thought was Akron. ANy thoughts on the matter? Where to stay in OH?

The Ohio State Parks are in our experience excellent. My experience with private is that as with anywhere they are a bit uneven.

We have struggled with some of the state parks and size (38 foot) and really uneven spaces. Can you comment on the area of OH? We are going from Hershey, PA to Indianapolis, so would like to stay on path if possible.

Since we are towing a teardrop 16' tongue to bumper, size has not been a concern. However descriptions and pictures of the sites are available so it should not be a big concern. There are usually pull through sites.
