Two things you can try.
1. Powdered Sulfur. Spread it along all the walls, inside cabinets , etc.

2. Moth balls. Same as above, use plenty. It will drive the snakes out, they can't tolerate the fumes. Their senses will be overwhelmed.

Contact dermatitis allergic to something allergy shot. Dr laughed at me. Gave me a hard time. Laughed at me.
I'm relieved. Still going to bomb the rv.

That's still strange that both dogs had a problem at the same time.

Before the diagnosis you received I was thinking about pack rats in the RV which is very common, especially in lake/grassy areas. However, surely the dogs would have yelped and you'd hear it unless it happened while you were out fishing. Hope the diagnosis was correct!

My Sister-in-Law in Maryland, who raises purebred show dogs, just lost one to a copperhead bite. The vet could not save it. Fairly small dog.

Sorry to hear about your pups. I just wanted to throw this out for comparison. Ours is a smaller boxer, but these are before and after pics of what we think was a bee bite. Of course, our dog most likely snapped at the bee and got it in the mouth.

Freaked us out. We were out waterskiing and on the way home (10 minute drive on a Saturday afternoon) her face started swelling up and we thought we were going to lose her.

Dr gave her a hefty shot of some antihistimine and sent her home. Swelling went down over the the next couple days.

No permanent damage, and she STILL snaps at bees!!!

I am pretty sure it wasn't a snake, and definitely not a poisonous one. The entire side of her head would be WAY bigger, and her ear would puff up like a sopapilla.
