Oklahoma City Advice Needed

We will be spending a full day (2 nights) in Oklahoma City later this year and would appreciate your advice on a campground (I've checked RVPark Reviews) and things we should be sure to see while there or places we should be sure to eat at. This is our first trip to this area and just want to hit the high spots this time. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you're only in OKC for a few days...you might consider the Twin Fountains MH Resort...its right by the I 35/I 44 split on the north east part of town. Its just down the road from the National Cowboy Museum/Hall of Fame, Remington Park (race track for horses/dogs?) and a shopping center with a huge movie theater complex

Twin Fountains is one of the nicest and clean parks with amenities . Close to the above mentioned and close to Brick town as well. They have expanded their CG . Was there a few weeks ago, they are on pricy side, but nice CG.

have fun

I'll add a couple more for you to think about.

You could consider Arcadia Lake ( Central state park and scissortail). This would put you close to route 66 and a couple places you might visit while here. Pops, round barn, etc. They take half off for golden access if you have it. Can't reserve and have to get lucky to get on the water.

El Reno has full hook ups for 20 dollars a night. They also have water/electric for 15. You're on the lake and at the golf course. I'm actually at El Reno right now with my granddaughter.

Good luck......maybe you can try the new white water rapids when in bricktown.
