Twinfountainsrvpark.com

This is the only RV park I would recommend in OKC. It's located in the northeast area of the city next to I-35.

Thanks for your input. Looks pretty nice for 40 bucks. Already made a reservation.

We stayed there 2 years ago. It is nice, but sites close together. It is near Remington Park & casino, zoo, Cowboy hall of fame

Look at Rockwell RV park, Rockwell and I-40. Just as cheap and close to all kinds of shopping and place to eat. They have Buffalo there and Buffalo burgers for sale. Very good. I stayed there for a year.

If as your signature indicates you are an active duty or retired Chief, try the Famcamp at Tinker.

Thought about that but no reservations; first come first serve. If I get there early enough, I might go by and see.

Seriously?

You must have it confused with another location. The sites are very large!

Not sure I would call them very large - but there is adequate space and it is a nice place. There are some nice spaces in the front by the entry road / office / store / laundry etc. But beware if a light sleeper. While the road is two lane, it is very busy - and the traffic move quickly and road noise can be an issue. Also - strange as it may seem - a lady in a car pulled in the entrance - parked behind us - got out and asked me for gas money. Sent her on her way. She simply drove out the exit. I don't think she would have gone further into the CG. Just a one time occurrence - but next time will try to get further into the CG.

The sites are adequate, but close . You will notice this if you go up the hill on the west side. Nice park and convenient location. I would not stay at Rockwell RV except for an overnight. We have stayed at Tinker, one night in overflow before we got a spot. It was in October a few years back.

^^^ and as I recall up the hill is backed up - albeit some distance to the freeway?? Not really close and probably not a noise issue but not much of view in that direction? Am I remembering it right?

Stayed at Twin Fountains and is is a pretty nice park. The owner is a retired architect and build the park about 7 years back. It is one of the better places I've seen for quality and the money. Great stay
