Old Stone Fort State Park in TN

Trying to get a little info on this park before planning any trips. My only question I haven't found an answer to is Cell Reception. I'm on-call 24-7 so having reception is a must. I have both Verizon and AT&T service and need to know if either of these work in the campground area?
