on our way to utah!

Hi from anita lake state park in anita, iowa, first night of a 3 week trip to moab, utah and surrounding area.

As usual, we dint manage to get rolling until nearly noon, but we made 350 miles, and got to a very nice lakeside full hookup campsite, for $19, by 5:30, plenty of time to whip up some tacos, beans, and rice on the grille and eat em at the picnic table.

Oddly, while i had no recollection when i picked this place yesterday, we have stayed here before, on our colorado trip 2 years ago. Very nice campground. Quiet, lots of room. Recommended

JUst came through Utah this week on my trip from CA to OH. Without a doubt the prettiest part of the trip. Perhaps the best section of I-70 as well.

If you are on I-70 through Green River, UT there is a pull off for the San Rafael Reef, definitely worth the stop.
