Received a certificate for 21 "free" nights at a Outdoor Adventure campground in MI. I have yet to visit and get my free punch card but was wondering if anyone has any insight as to how these function and what I can expect to pay, etc.

So far I have never camped in a privately owned campground.

We have been members since 2005. The Davison campground is the current showpiece and we stay there often. Currently a recently purchased campground around Mt. Pleasant is being rebuilt and promises to be the next showpiece or so I hear. We eagerly await that one. Have been to rifle river as well and found it to be good. You can expect high pressure sales pitch but what the heck. Hard to beat 21 day stay.
Happy camping and maybe we'll run into you.
