There is a rest area at exit 1 in Georgia. There are also several campgrounds including a state park and a KOA in St Mary's, GA.

harvest host has a winery listed that will allow members to stay overnight for free right off 75 near the fl ga state line

About 12 miles east of Lake City Fl. easy drive from there to I75. Nice campground.
