Walmart on I-75 just west of Valdosta, GA or there is one just west of Lake City, FL on I-75.
There is also the Riverpark RV Park NW of Valdosta, not far off I-75. http://www.riverparkvaldosta.com.

We overnighted at Lake City Campground - right off I10 and I75. Very nice.

If you don't get a late start, Tampa is less than 7 hours.
If a late start, the campgrounds stated are nice.
If you want to actually sleep, the Wally-Doc door knockers or truck stop rumble noise would not fit my style.

We've made a habit of overnighting at Coastal Georgia RV park in Brunswick. Great place.

We have stayed at the I-75 RV Park at exit 61 in GA. It is one hour north of the Florida line. Easy off and easy on. You can call Brian to get reservations. He will tell you to call him 10 before you arrive. He will be waiting for you and lead you to your spot. His number is 229-392-0808. Very close to the interstate and is very reasonable. It is a Good Sam park. We have stopped there 4 times and plan on stopping again in the future. Happy travels!

Very good as well. Both Coastal GA and Lake City are great and reasonable.

Ditto on this park. It is small, inexpensive, very few amenities, easy in and out, and Brian is friendly. Restaurant across the street run by his family, it is so so, but convenient. For us, just a place to hang our hat for the evening. I think it was about $28 for the night with the Good Sam discount.

Coastal GA campground. Nice place. Easy to maneuver into spots. Concrete pads. Easy on/off I-95.

I would like to add Lake Seminole COE in Bainbridge GA & OAK & Pines in Lake city FL both further west but both nicer places for lesser money, usual stops for us going to & from Fl.-They didn't say what direction they were headed or if they were looking for a campground or freebe like WALMART or FLYIN J-Rich
