Overnight stop for Florida Keys

I will be going to Bahia Honda State Park in April and would like to stop overnight (no services necessary) a few hours away from Bahia Honda. Has anyone overnighted at the Miccosukee Indian casino at the intersection of US90 (Tamiami Trail) and Florida 997? If so do they allow generators? TIA.

The Tamiami Trail is US41. US 90 is several hundred miles north. I am in Larry and Penny Thompson Memorial county park. There are a few vacancies here right now. It is in South Miami, exit 13 off the Florida turnpike.

The casino worked well for us. Generator was used. Make sure you register at the security desk.

You can also stay at the Snapper Creek which is the last service plaza on the FL Turnpike. I stayed at the casino but it is a little out of the way while Snapper Creek is right on the route.

We live on Big Pine and can see Bahia Honda from our deck!

I think it's like speeding, it's only wrong when you get caught. Up to that point, everybody does it, it can't be wrong.

Thanks for all the replies. I am still up in the air as to where to stop, but it looks like there are several alternatives.
