We are taking our first big trip from Tennessee to New England. We are drivig up I-81 stopping in the Roanoke area then on up to the Pottsville, PA area. We are then going up to I-84 and following it over to ghe Nashua area of NH.
We are looking for an overnight stop somewhere along I-84 between PA and NH.
I've found a couple of campgrounds near Newburgh, NY and a couple near Willington, CT.
Are there any other ideas that might work for us?
We are pulling a 28' TT.

Check out RV Park Reviews for a good place to stay. Just select the state and some towns near where you might want to stop to review the CGs in the area.

Not sure about the spelling but Faunstock state park in NY is really pretty and not too far from I84 . Koa Newburgh NY is getting to be my favorite second home and just a few miles from 84 using exit 7A. Great if you have kids and free pancake breakfast.

The first rest area on I-84 when you cross from NY into CT has 3 parking areas. One for cars, one for trucks and the third for RV's and people towing. They have a dump station and potable water.

Please think twice about Branchbrook in CT. Look up the reviews if you don't believe me. I would pass by much of the CT CGs as they are old and generally not nice. There are a few just over the line in Mass. I stayed at a few of them and was happy. I always use the RVk park reviews site before making a reservation. The CT state parks are designed for tents only and are generally not level.
