Parking downtown Chicago

I am wanting to visit downtown chicago tonight (sunday).

I have a toad, and my motorhome (43ft)
Looking for some local knowledge on where to park, and the best way to navigate.

Thanks

Where is your motor home now? There are Cabella's in Cook County and out in suburbs where you will be allowed to park overnight if you ask permission. If you have RV GPS system it should help you navigate.

If you want t to camp in the suburbs, Kane County has a very nice campground in a forest preserve in Elgin off Big Timber Rd.

Cabellas is a great idea. I am in Milwaukee now headed that direction. Thank you!

I'd think you'll enjoy a trip to downtown Chicago by parking in the suburbs and take the train. The cost of tickets will be less than downtown parking.
