We also used PA on our trip south last year. You will save the membership cost but must continually check for updated and deleted campgrounds. Well worth the $$ especially if you move around a lot. Most campgrounds will let you stay 1 to 3 days at the discount otherwise it's full price. PA is not homored on holiday weekends.

I had a membership in 2002 and never used it. There just wasn't any parks that offered a discount in any of our destinations. I recently booked a 5 day stay through a reservation Co and paid $197.00. After reviewing RV Park Reviews and seeing that this CG accepted PA , I joined and called the reservation Co and was issued a $88.00 credit. This was of course prior to camping there. I now have a one year membership that I made $44.00 on and hopefully will use again and save more.
