PCH restrictions and warning areas?

We're continuing our trip South from Oregon's central coast. We want to stay on the PCH as much as possible. We need to arrive to Morro Bay by Nov 24th. We start moving again on Monday (Nov3rd).

Are there any danger areas I need to be concerned with? I know the part from Big Sur to Morro Bay is not to be driven with a FW/ RV, so we'll take the 101 at that point but any other areas I need to be cautionary about? Does CA have any restrictions with respect to FW RVs along the PCH?

Pulling a 35' BHS FW with a Ford F350 PS diesel. Performance-modded of course.

Thanks.

I'm a native Californian and wouldn't take a big rig on the PCH at all.... at least not until Santa Barbara. Since you're headed south, the DW will be hanging out over the cliffs looking down at the Pacific. Not all DW's like that.

101 is a very nice drive and you can explore the coast in the TV.

JMHO.
